Terms of Service

Plain terms for working with Same Day Ventures. One brief, one day, one product. This is a v1 draft and will be finalized before launch.

The engagement

We deliver exactly what's agreed in your brief, on your booked build day, for the flat fee shown on the site. Scope is fixed at booking. Anything outside the brief is a new brief on a new day.

Booking & deposit

A 50% deposit confirms your build day and holds it exclusively for you. The balance is due on launch. Until the deposit clears, the day is held tentatively for 24 hours, then released.

The promise

Live by end of your build day, or your deposit back. You see three concepts before we start and two checkpoints during the build.

Ownership

On launch, you own everything — source code, brand files, domains, and account access. We retain no ongoing dependency.

Aftercare

Seven days of bug fixes are included, free. After that, the work is yours to maintain.
