Required if you're shipping an Android app.
Steps
- Go to play.google.com/console.
- Sign in with the Google account you want to own the developer account. Use a business Google account if possible — not a personal Gmail.
- Pay the $25 one-time enrollment fee.
- Choose individual or organization. For business, you'll be asked for a D-U-N-S number — same as Apple. If you got one for Apple, you can reuse it.
- Google verifies your account. Usually approved within hours, occasionally up to 48.
What we need from you before the build day
- Account access via team invite as Admin.
- Package name preference (e.g.,
com.yourbrand.yourapp).
If you don't have the developer account active by your build day, we'll deliver the app's code but can't submit. You can submit later.
After handover we remove ourselves.
