The seven days after launch include free bug fixes. If something broke in what we delivered — a button that doesn't work, a layout that breaks on a specific device, an integration that fails — we fix it, free.
Covered:
- Bugs in features we built.
- Layout issues on supported browsers and devices.
- Errors in handover documentation.
- Issues caused by our deployment.
Not covered:
- New features or feature changes.
- Content updates (copy, images, products).
- Third-party service outages (Stripe, Supabase, hosting provider going down).
- Bugs caused by changes you make to the code after handover.
- App store re-submissions for content changes.
How to request: email us, describe the issue, attach a screenshot or screen recording if possible. We aim to respond within 24 hours and ship the fix within 48.
After seven days, the build is fully yours. Bugs that show up after that are on you — or you can come back with a new brief for a maintenance day.
