You can reschedule your build day once, as long as you give us at least 7 days' notice. Email us and we'll move you to the next available date.
If you need to reschedule less than 7 days out, your deposit is forfeited. We hold the day exclusively for you — when it's that close, we can't backfill the slot.
If you want to cancel before the day, the deposit is non-refundable (it's what holds the day). Reschedule rather than cancel if you want to keep the value.
If we need to reschedule (rare, but illness or technical issues happen), we'll move you to the next available day at no cost. Same Day's promise still applies — the day we agree on is the day you launch.
