Full refund if we miss the deadline. If we don't ship by end of your build day (per the delivery rules), your deposit is refunded in full.
Deposit is non-refundable if you cancel. The deposit holds the day exclusively. We can't backfill it. If you cancel more than 7 days before your booked day, we'll refund 50% of the deposit. Less than 7 days, no refund — but you can reschedule once.
Balance is refundable up to the pre-launch checkpoint. If you're unhappy with the direction at the mid-build review, you can walk away. Deposit forfeited, balance not charged. After the pre-launch checkpoint, the build is delivered and the full price is owed.
No partial refunds for "the website but not the brand" if you booked Everything. We deliver the whole tier or we refund the whole thing.
If anything feels unclear, ask before you submit. We'd rather sort it up front than argue after.
