If we don't deliver by end of your build day, your deposit is refunded in full. No negotiation, no "we'll finish tomorrow." The day is the promise — if we miss, we missed.
What counts as delivered:
- For Brand: brand book, logo files, type system, and color tokens delivered to you.
- For Website: live on your domain, accessible publicly.
- For App: submitted to your Apple Developer and Google Play accounts. We don't control review timelines, but submission counts as delivered on our side.
What doesn't trigger a refund:
- App store review delays (Apple/Google's timeline).
- Domain DNS propagation delays caused by your registrar.
- Stripe verification delays caused by your business documents.
- Anything blocked by an account or asset you didn't provide on time.
We've never missed a build day. The promise is what makes the day work.
