Same structure as Apple. The Google Play Developer account is yours.
Before the build day
- Create a Google Play Developer account ($25 one-time). Faster than Apple — usually approved within hours.
- Invite us to your developer account as an Admin. Send us the link.
During the build day We build the Android app, sign it with the keystore, and upload to Google Play Console under your account. Store listing assets (icon, screenshots, description) are created and uploaded.
At handover
- We're removed from your Google Play account.
- You own the signing key (stored in your account or your secret manager — your choice, we document both).
- App enters Google's review — Google review is typically faster than Apple, often within 24 hours.
After approval, you publish from the Play Console.
If you want to release on both stores simultaneously, plan for Apple's review timeline (the slower one) — that's the bottleneck.
