At launch we hand over a single package. Everything you need to own and operate the product.

Code

  • Git repository (we push to your GitHub or Bitbucket — invite us as collaborators ahead of the day).
  • Deployment configuration (Dockerfile, Coolify or Vercel config — whichever we deployed to).
  • All environment variables, documented.

Brand

  • Brand book PDF + markdown.
  • Logo files: SVG, PNG, monochrome variants.
  • App icons, favicon, OG image.
  • Type system: font names, weights, license info.
  • Color tokens in CSS, Tailwind config, and Figma-compatible format.

Accounts

  • Domain DNS records and any access changes.
  • Hosting account (we transfer ownership or you get admin invite).
  • Stripe webhook config (you own the Stripe account, we just wire it up).
  • Apple Developer / Google Play submission details (you own the dev accounts).

Documentation

  • A HANDOVER.md file in the repo explaining what's where, how to run it locally, how to deploy, and any post-launch action items.

If anything's unclear in the handover doc, the seven-day aftercare covers questions. After that, you're on your own — but the doc should cover it.
