We're happy to sign a mutual NDA before you submit the brief.

Two options:

  1. Send us yours. Reasonable mutual NDAs we sign without negotiation. We won't sign one-way NDAs (we need protection too) or NDAs with unusually long terms (10+ years), unusually broad clauses, or jurisdiction-shopping.

  2. Use ours. We have a simple mutual NDA template. Ask and we'll send it. Sign it via DocuSign or email it back signed. Done in 10 minutes.

We don't charge to sign an NDA. We don't require a deposit to receive a brief covered by NDA.

Time-sensitive note: NDA negotiation takes time. If you need an NDA in place before you can even tell us the idea, factor in 1–2 days of back-and-forth before we can start. If you book a build day and the NDA isn't sorted in time, we may have to push your day back.
