Where are my files stored?

During the build day, files live in several places:

• Code — Git repository, hosted on GitHub (or your provider — Bitbucket, GitLab, self-hosted Forgejo).
• Brand assets — generated in Figma or directly in code, exported to a cloud bucket (AWS S3 or Cloudflare R2) we share with you.
• Brand book — markdown file in the repo, plus a PDF export delivered to you.
• App build artifacts — uploaded to your Apple Developer and Google Play accounts.
• Deployed site — runs on your hosting account (Coolify, Vercel, or your provider).

At handover, everything is in your accounts. We're removed from our team access. There's no shared dependency on Same Day Ventures' infrastructure.

We may keep a copy of the code and brand files for 90 days post-launch in case you need them re-delivered. After 90 days we delete our copies. If you want us to delete sooner, email us — we'll confirm deletion within 24 hours.

No data leaves your accounts long-term. You own everything.
