Every brief is confidential.
We don't share, publish, or discuss your idea with anyone outside Same Day. We don't use your idea as portfolio material without your written permission. We don't tell other founders what we're building.
What's confidential:
- Your brief content.
- Your build day specifics.
- Your product, features, and roadmap.
- Anything you mark as sensitive (financials, customer data, internal docs).
What's not strictly confidential by default:
- That you used Same Day Ventures (we may include you in a generic "clients" list with your permission).
- The product once it's publicly launched.
- Anything you've publicly disclosed elsewhere.
If you need anything beyond default confidentiality, mention it in the brief. We can sign a mutual NDA — see the next article.
Our reputation depends on this. Founders don't trust us with their ideas unless we keep them.
