Feedback happens at the three checkpoints — concept selection, mid-build review, pre-launch review. That's where you shape the build.
Outside those windows, we keep working. We won't pause for ad-hoc messages, and we won't redo work because of a passing thought. The constraint is what makes the day work.
If something is critically wrong (a typo in your name, a wrong logo), email us and we'll catch it at the next checkpoint. For anything else, hold it until the window.
If you give feedback that requires a major direction change after the mid-build review, we'll do our best to incorporate it, but we may have to ship the original direction to meet the day. That's why we send three concepts up front — to lock direction before we build.
