Changes come in two sizes:
Small adjustments — copy edits, color shifts, layout tweaks, swapping an icon, adjusting a feature's behavior. These happen as part of the checkpoint feedback. We incorporate them and keep moving.
Big direction changes — "actually, can we make it minimalist instead of bold?" or "let's pivot the whole product to a different audience." These don't fit inside one day. You picked the direction at the concept stage; we built on it.
If you realize mid-build that you want a different direction entirely, two options:
- Stick with the current build — we'll finish what we agreed on. You can come back another day with a new brief.
- Cancel today's launch — deposit is forfeited, day is over. You can rebrief and rebook for a future date.
Most people stay on track with the chosen direction. The concept stage is where direction gets decided.
