There are three checkpoints during your build day:
1. Concept selection — we send three directions for your brand and product. You pick one. About 10 minutes of your time.
2. Mid-build review — we share a working preview of the chosen direction. You confirm we're on track or flag anything that's drifting. Another 10–20 minutes.
3. Pre-launch review — final pass before we deploy. You see the production-ready build. You catch typos, missing features, and any last issues. 15–30 minutes.
We send each checkpoint via email with a preview link. You reply with your feedback — written, voice note, or 5-minute call.
If you're unreachable at a checkpoint, we work with our best judgment and ship. We won't hold the build for a missed checkpoint — that's how we keep the day's deadline.
